The Guild for Infant Survival, Orange County is a 5013c and relies on your charitable donations to fund our programs. Checks may be sent to: GISOC, P.O. Box 17432, Irvine, CA 92623-7432

Research Donations

Memorial donations or those designated for research are given to prominent researchers who are working on the latest SIDS projects. We are proud to report that 100% of these donations are used towards research with no funds held for administrative services. If you wish to support research, please denote “research” in the memo section of your check.

Working Donations

GISOC does need funds to support our part time Executive Director and the rental of the Guild office in addition to the daily operation of our organization. This includes telephone service, postage, and office supplies. If you wish to support this area, please designate your donation as “working” in the memo section of your check.

Matching Gifts

Many companies will match employee donations or make a contribution in support of employee volunteer hours. Be sure to check with your Human Resources Department to see if your company offers this important benefit.

United Way

The United Way number for The Guild for Infant Survival, Orange County is GUI300.

Annual Dues

Annual dues of $20 cover the cost of printing and mailing quarterly newsletters and other invitations throughout the year.
