A speakers bureau helps to improve public understanding of SIDS. The volunteer speakers make presentations to emergency personnel, health-care workers, mothers-to-be and day-care providers, to inform and educate.

• GISOC participates in health fairs to disseminate information.
• Quarterly newsletter, Reflections is distributed to SIDS families, professionals, and supporters worldwide.
• GISOC produced the parent support video, Living On, narrated by the late actor Lloyd Bridges. He and his wife, Dorothy, lost a son to SIDS.
