Mr. Hunt has been in the public finance industry for fifteen years, with the last ten being the principal of Gardnyr Michael Capital, Inc. Mr. Hunt has extensive experience in computer assisted financial programming as well as financial and legal structuring. From May 1986 to April 1991 Mr. Hunt served as research analyst and investment banker for Southeastern Municipal Bonds, Inc., another regional firm in Orlando, Florida. Since 1986, Mr. Hunt has been involved in various types of general obligation and revenue bond financings including advance refunding, electric utility, water and sewer, solid waste, road improvements, criminal justice facilities, single and multi-family housing, healthcare, stadium, note financings, and swaps. Mr. Hunt concentrates heavily now in the area of design-build-finance for public-private partnerships.

Prior to entering the public finance industry Mr. Hunt worked in financial management and marketing in Jeddah and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and Jakarta, Indonesia from 1982 through 1984.

Mr. Hunt graduated from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida in 1984 with a B.S. in Finance and Economics and in 1985 with an MBA in Finance. He is the licensed principal of the firm holding the Series 7, 24, 27, 53, and 63 industry licenses.

Mr. Jackson joined Gardnyr Michael Capital in 1994. Since that time, he has become an equity partner with the firm and serves as an investment banker responsible for business development, financial analysis and structuring. His position involves the direct contact and the presentation of ideas and concepts to end user of our investment services, including financing proposals and asset/debt structuring.  His experience includes the structuring various types of general obligation and revenue bond financings for school districts, water and sewer authorities, airports, and several cities and counties.  His experience also includes derivative transactions such as various types’ swaps and forward options.
Prior to becoming an investment banker in 1994 with Gardnyr Michael, Mr. Jackson worked with the Principal Financial Group for 10 years serving as an executive benefit specialist. He concentrated on the structuring and implementation of executive benefit programs for the recruitment and retention of key corporate executive, and the design and implementation of qualified retirement plans. 
Mr. Jackson attended the University of South Alabama where he majored in accounting.
