Ashley Davis of Dothan has been named Miss Alabama 2010 and will represent Alabama in the Miss America Pageant. The 21-year-old University of Alabama at Birmingham student was crowned Saturday night at the conclusion of the four-day competition at Samford University. Davis competed in the Miss Alabama competition as Miss West Central Alabama. She was among 11 young women from across the state who competed in finals of the competition Saturday night.
