Aaron Oil Company, Inc. exists because of the need for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the need for services and products that help customers meet their waste reduction, waste minimization and recycling goals that benefit the environment through resource conservation and recovery. AOC believes that Safety and Health of all employees is essential for the success of Company goals. AOC is committed to provide a safe and healthy work environment to all employees. It is AOC's responsibilty to identify, control, and eliminate through continuous awareness and training, the hazardous conditions posing a potential risk/danger to employees. AOC has policies and procedures in place to protect employees and prevent loss to plant equipment or products.

To meet those needs, Aaron Oil Company, Inc commits to manage its operations based on:

Preventing pollution by providing efficient recycling and reclamation services, as well as by pursuing efficient operations and work practices
Compliance with applicable procedures, regulations and other requirements and standards
Continuous Improvement, including the establishment and tracking of environmental, health and safety targets and objectives.

It shall be the responsibility of EVERY employee to:

Observe company safety rules
Follow safe working practices and ensure that fellow employees do the same
Not endanger himself/herself, other employees, plant, equipment, and products
