One-on-One Training

This service is recommended for at least the first 4-8 sessions minimally in order that each individual’s needs are fully assessed and addressed, and the vital foundation of exercise mechanics and technique and training principles is attended to without compromise.

We highly recommend 6-8 weeks of one-on-one coaching to best prepare the individual for getting the most out of small group and/or team workouts

These sessions are the best way to make the most progress in the shortest time possible as each workout is committed to the individual’s needs at that point in time as opposed to obliged to a pre-determined routine. The freedom to revise a workout in progress, according to variables both unpredictable and out of the individual’s control, to match performance feedback that day is invaluable when progress is not just a “goal” but a necessity.

60 minute (*$110) and 30 minute(*$60) sessions available
