Semi-Private Training

This service is a great option for 2 individuals with similar fitness levels, training objectives, and schedules. These partner workouts are much like one-on-one sessions in that personalized coaching is addressed but without the full freedom to have the workout attuned 100%to one individual’s needs simply due to the fact there are multiple students. The workouts are a "bridge" between our one-on-one and small-group options, and involve some of the best of each.
 
Primary benefits include: it’s less expensive per participant and also has the benefits of added competition, accountability, and motivation with a training partner. In most cases, this is the best choice for the individual even when ongoing one-on-one sessions are an indefinite practical option.

***A 1-hour assessment session is required prior to beginning all MA training programs

2-3 sessions/week scheduled monthly in advance:
60 minute(*$60 each participant) and 30 minute(*$35 each participant) sessions available
*Payment in advance and unconditionally non-refundable

Without monthly advance scheduling:
60 minute(**$70 each participant) and 30 minute(**$40 each participant) sessions available
