Small-Group Training

These high-energy sessions (4-8 participants) are best for clients who have been through one-on-one or semi-private coaching for at least 4-8 sessions.
 
As with all of McConnell Athletics' programs, and unlike "fitness trend" and "bootcamp-style" festivals, these workouts are an extension of our athletic preparation regimens and coordinated to cover all aspects of performance fitness and fat loss in an integrated fashion, and are the ideal “more affordable” way for continuing your progress after going through a period of one-on-one training. Even in this group format, significant degrees of personalized emphasis is intact. As well, this option is great for those just starting out and who refuse to allow their budget to compromise their health and fitness goals.

*** an initial assessment session is required for each individual

2-3 sessions/week scheduled month in advance:
60 minute(*$40/ participant) and 30 minute (*$25/participant) sessions available
*Payment in advance and unconditionally non-refundable

Sessions without weekly commitment scheduled month in advance:
60 minute(**$45/ participant) and 30 minute (**$30/participant) sessions available

Athletic Preparation Team Training

 These sessions are geared specifically towards competitive athletes and have 3 general categories:

  1. Intermediate: Youth/Middle School
  2. Advanced: Middle School/High School
  3. Elite: High School/Collegiate/Professional

These sessions are longer in duration (90 minutes) than our other group sessions and cover all aspects of preparing the athlete to perform at his/her optimal on a consistent basis. Athletes are placed in a group environment that best serves their specific needs at that point in time, which depends on what time of the year it is in relation to their primary sport.

Teamwork is a key component to these progressive and productive sessions so a consistent disciplined approach is adhered to. Instruction and education of optimal technique in all basic, and beyond, exercises is paramount in these sessions. Understanding as to why we do the actual drills, exercises, and methods is as vital as the movements themselves.

Athletes are taught and coached in the PROCESS of PROGRESS on the path of athletic excellence. Groups of 4, 6, or 8 are optimal. However larger groups (up to 12 participants) can be accomodated with commitment of each participant for duration of the training phase.
