We value all our commercial customers, but as a Preferred Customer of our heating and cooling company, you can receive special benefits. Let us provide you with a customized maintenance plan proposal. Sign up today, and we will schedule an appointment to inventory your HVAC equipment.

As a Preferred Customer, you receive:

1. Free service calls. We won’t charge you a trip fee or a diagnostic charge.
2. Reduced rate of $70 per hour labor.
3. No overtime charges.
4. Fixed rate pricing.
5. Same day service, no matter when you call. Our service line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.
6. One-year full warranty on all repairs.
7. 30-day billing on service, repairs, or replacements.
8. Discount pricing on all replacement equipment.
9. Payment plans for major repairs or new equipment.
10. And of course, you’ll get our superior customer service.

Each business will receive a customized maintenance program. We recommend general maintenance on each unit at least twice a year. Our basic maintenance charge is $80 for the first unit and $40 for each additional unit. We can also provide a monthly filter change/cleaning service and other maintenance. Our technicians will assess your needs and recommend a maintenance program that will ensure your heating and cooling units operate at their optimum.
