Our Heating and Cooling Preferred Customer Program is like a maintenance/service agreement other heating and cooling companies sell, but gives the customer more benefits.
What you get as a Hansen Heating and Cooling Preferred Customer:
1. One Spring tune-up for your cooling unit, and one Fall tune-up for your heating unit. Customers with heat pumps will also receive bi-annual tune-ups for their equipment. We’ll contact you for an appointment in March or April and again in September or October.
These tune-ups will ensure that your cooling and heating units are ready for the upcoming cooling or heating season. Tuning up your units allows technicians to catch nonworking parts or other problems before they cause larger, more costly problems later in the season. Just as your automobile runs better if it is tuned up regularly, your heating and cooling units work more efficiently when they are tuned up prior to the extreme temperatures of the seasons.
2. No trip charge; no service charge; no diagnostic fee. And never an overtime surcharge.
3. Same day service, no matter when you call. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.
4.We’ll send you a friendly reminder when it is time to change or clean the filters in your units.
5. Receive a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all repairs.
6. Fixed rate pricing. We’ll tell up front what the cost of repairs will be.
7. Should your units need replacing, we’ll give you a discount on replacing them with new, high efficiency equipment.
8. Payment plans will be available for major repairs or new equipment.
9. And of course, you’ll get our superior customer service.
For only $120 annually per unit (covers two maintenance visits per year), you can be a member of our Heating and Cooling Preferred Customer Program and be confident that your heating and cooling needs are being taken care of.
